Volunteer Roles
Set-Up Crew (5:00–6:00 PM)
• Set up tables, signage, and decorations
• Help arrange the card-making, cookies, and cocoa stations
Event Helpers (6:00–7:30 PM)
• Welcome families as they arrive
• Assist at stations (card table, cocoa table, donation zone)
• Help keep supplies stocked and tables tidy
Clean-Up Crew (7:30–8:00 PM)
• Wipe tables, pack leftover items, load donations
🍪 Donations Needed
We’d love a few items to make the night extra special.
Cocoa + Cookies Station
☐ 1–2 gallons milk or hot water for cocoa
☐ Marshmallows / whipped cream
☐ Disposable cups & napkins
☐ Homemade or store-bought cookies (2–3 dozen per sign-up)
Card-Making Station
☐ Card stock or blank cards
☐ Stickers / markers / colored pencils
☐ Glue sticks / tape / scissors
☐ Envelopes (optional)
General Supplies
☐ Tablecloths (yellow or gold)
☐ Bee or honeycomb decor (items you already have are great!)
If you’d rather send a small monetary donation, PTO will gladly purchase any remaining items.
